Roles: Sound Design, Foley

I worked closely with my good friend and re-recording mixer Tony Crowe, who invited me onto this project. Outside of recording and editing Foley, I covered all the horse sounds - giving each one a distinct personality through subtle processing. Creating emotion for the horses with sound was vital and challenging, as what was captured on camera was not always reflective of their intended emotional state. Using custom recordings and having a deep understanding of available animal sound libraries was key to making the appropriate sound selections for this film.
